This is a popular Japanese dish called Ebi Fry (Panko Crumbed Shrimp). To make this dish, Shrimp is first coated with some flour, then dipped in an egg wash and finally coated with these Panko bread crumbs and deep fried. It is an excellent starter and you can also use them as a topping for sushi, sandwiches or rolls.

8. Chocolate Truffles

Chocolates are the ultimate indulgence for me. But the festivities do call for something indulgent, don’t you think so? A chocolate truffle is a type of chocolate confectionery, traditionally made with a chocolate ganache centre coated in chocolate, cocoa powder or chopped toasted nuts, usually in a spherical, conical, or curved shape.
